- Define more SD Channel.
- TRX Addition.
- Active dynamic SD if SD congestion exist.
- Decrease UE Max distance.
- Harder access by increasing Rx_Level_Access_Min.
- Hardware fault recovery.
- Check Priodic Location Update time.
- Move SDCCH to TRX with highest Quality.
- Reduce maximum number of allowed retransmission by UE and increase the relevant time.
- High interference:Change CO or Adjacent BCCH Frequency.
- increase timer T3101.
- Control overshoot by checking TA then down-tilt.
